Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of beta and beyond, LLC.

Lock-Ins and Live Weekends

For lock-ins, intensives, and live weekends such as Gram Like a Brand and Launch Your Funnel Today, we do not offer refunds.

Digital Products

We issue refunds for most digital products within 10 days of the original purchase of the product. This includes products such as SERVE Academy and Teach Live and Profit.

For Create Your Starter Course, we issue refunds within 5 days of the original purchase of the product.

For our digital documents and planners (such as the 100 Email Subject Lines and Content Ideas), we do not offer refunds since it’s not a “returnable” item and is delivered all at once as soon as you purchase it.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
